Tiffany is a dedicated hardworking mother, loyal friend and a helping hand to her community. Tiffany was born and raised in Indianapolis, IN. She graduated from Southport High school. After graduating she obtained an Associates degree in Medical Assisting and a Bachelor’s degree in Health care management from Harrison College. Tiffany has been employed at Community Health Network and Eskenazi Health. During her 11 years at Eskenazi Health she worked as a Patient Navigator and Health Center Coordinator, but fell in love with her position as a Care Coordinator Assistant in Senior Care working with the Health Aging Brain Care Department. It has been a passion since she learned the importance of socialization and caregiver support for Tiffany to work with seniors and their caregivers to create improved health care outcomes. Being a part of the IADC team and support the mission is an opportunity for Tiffany to fulfill her passion. Tiffany has a son that attends Ball State University. In her free time she enjoys shopping, spending time with her family, watching movies, volunteering and completing 5K walks.
