Adult Day Nutrition - food your mom would be proud of!
Nutrition plans at Adult Day:
- Are made from scratch in a real kitchen at each site – no cafeteria or packaged foods here!
- Are created with input from a Registered Dietician to accommodate Guests with special dietary needs such as food allergies, high blood pressure and diabetes
- Contain only whole, unprocessed foods - sustainably raised and locally sourced as much as possible
- Use beef, chicken, pork, turkey, and eggs from Fischer Farms in Southern Indiana
- Eliminate preservatives, artificial ingredients, and refined carbohydrates

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
