What can I expect at your IADC centers?
While at our centers, we offer peace-of-mind knowing you or your loved one is enjoying friendships, engaging activities, outings, meaningful moments, great food made right from our gourmet kitchen, and so much more. At IADC, we host multiple activities throughout the day to promote guests’ freedom of choice and independence.
Anyone 18 and older wanting socialization, friendships, recreational experiences, and/or medical assistance in a safe and homelike environment.
Center hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 6:30pm. We are closed on weekends and the following holidays – Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day.
How do you handle inclement weather?
Seasonal weather could impact business hours, especially during the winter. Should we close or release early, guests and families will be notified by the center with a phone call.
What level of care do you provide?
We provide a range of care from Level 1 to Level 3 at our centers. An evaluation by our center nurse determines the level of care for each guest, from zero care needs to complex care needs. The levels are determined in accordance with Indiana Medicaid Guidelines. For more details on this or to discuss you or your loved one’s specific care needs, please reach out to us at hello@adultday.com.
Yes, door-to-door transportation service is provided for anyone who lives within a 10-mile radius of one of our three centers, including wheelchair accessibility. You will find comfort in knowing your loved one has safe and reliable transportation to and from our centers.
Is there a fee for transportation?
- Transportation is free for those approved through third-party payers such as H&W, TBI, CIH, FSW waivers, MCE Pathways, and VA.

A variety of activities based on guest preferences, from exercise classes and special events to exciting outings in the community. Check out the Lifestyle Enrichment page to learn more details about the experiences we provide.
What kind of food do you provide?
We provide delicious meals, made in our centers daily, that are approved by a Registered Dietitian. Meals are provided for breakfast, lunch, and a snack—and all meals can be modified for special dietary needs.
What are the minimum and maximum hours per week?
- The minimum requirement is one ½ day (4 hours) each week.
- The maximum is 10 hours each weekday for a total of 50 hours per week.
What is the first step to participate?
A phone call or in-person discussion is a great place to start! A free tour of our center will help you or your loved one see what the IADC experience is all about!
I had a great tour! What are the next steps to participate?
A nurse will conduct a health screening and members of the leadership team will collect helpful information to assess you or your loved one’s care needs and preferences. Finally, the Executive Director will complete the admission paperwork, which entails terms and agreement with services.
